Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our tactical gear with a straightforward return policy built for professionals. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Important Return Restrictions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on athletic shirts unless they arrive defective or damaged. This is our only product category with return restrictions.

  • Items must be in new, unworn condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request
Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for fastest processing.
Step 2: Await Authorization
Our Louisville-based team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
Step 4: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the package until we receive it.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For size exchanges or different product requests:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return (standard shipping rates apply)

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
