Our Return Commitment
At Carhartts Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tactical gear purchase. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached and packaging intact.
Important Note:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on athletic shirts unless they arrive defective or damaged. This is our only product category with return restrictions.
Return Process

Our Louisville-based team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. - Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside. - Ship Your Return

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For size exchanges or different product requests:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return (standard shipping rates apply)

For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates
